Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers modern, spacious rooms with a lovely breakfast backdrop and spotless conditions. The service was exceptional, except for a minor issue at the concierge desk. The location, although needing some updates, is perfect for beach activities and dining exploration. The dining experience was pleasant, especially with the inclusive breakfast package. The facilities are inviting and well-maintained.
The hotel was very spacious, with an extra room attached, offering plenty of space for everyone. While our accommodations didn't provide a view of the ocean, being on the ground floor just about 10 feet below the pool level in front made it a unique experience.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautifully designed with touches of Caribbean colors and woven raffia on some furniture, especially the Luxury Suite with an attached extra room which was very pretty and spacious for everyone. The recent modern tropical color scheme and gigantic TV added to the charm. The service was outstanding, with staff coming by frequently on the beach, being friendly, helpful, and capable. The location was perfect for maximizing views and exploring fun beach bars and restaurants. The dining experience, especially with the breakfast inclusive package, was a nice way to start the day. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
Arriving at the hotel by a private speed boat with a warm welcome and beautiful room, the experience was top-notch. The tasteful neutrals of the room were lovely, but a soiled carpet was disappointing considering the resort's price point.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, furnished with nice furniture and amenities like a full-size safe, umbrella, and L'Occitane bath products. The private harbor experience to board a private speed boat to the Four Seasons Nevis Pier was a unique and delightful touch. The service was exceptional, especially from Nitesh, the enthusiastic manager, and the rest of the attentive staff. The location was pristine and well-maintained, offering breathtaking views. The dining experience was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options. Overall, a luxurious and unforgettable stay.
The Plantation Suite I stayed in was lovely with tasteful neutrals, spacious, and always clean. However, there was a mildew smell in the rooms. The staff was kind enough to take me on property tours with short notice, but seemed more focused on tennis than basketball. The location was perfect for walking to beach bars and restaurants, and the facilities were brand new and beautiful. The dining experience with fresh fruit, baked goodies, and made-to-order items from the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The hotel has immense potential for excellence, especially once renovations are complete.
I was pleasantly surprised by the vibrant Caribbean colors and woven raffia furniture in the rooms, which added a unique touch to the decor. The atmosphere was warm, genuine, and inviting, providing ample space for everyone. However, some may find the price a bit higher for what is offered.
The hotel rooms tell a story and let you know exactly where you are, but they need modernization and a bit of 'spiffing' up. The service was beyond amazing and phenomenal, with staff almost guessing our needs. However, they were not very helpful in assisting with finding a lounge chair. The location was under renovation but seemed to promise brand new beauty. Dining was fantastic with a variety of fresh options. The overall facilities were clean and comfortable, albeit somewhat small and stale.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The Luxury Suite with attached extra room was very pretty and provided plenty of space for everyone. The room was exactly what you would expect at Four Seasons – spacious and well-appointed, setting the perfect backdrop for our morning breakfast.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, fitting the Four Seasons standard, but the soiled carpet was a major letdown for such a high-end resort. The service was exceptional, especially from Patricia in housekeeping, although some facilities like the laundry could have been more efficient. The location was serene and beautiful, albeit in need of renovation in some areas. The dining experience was top-notch with a variety of delicious options, yet past construction noise was a downside during my visit.
Arriving at the hotel felt like stepping into a luxurious oasis, with a private harbor transfer to the Four Seasons Nevis Pier adding a touch of class. The room, especially the Luxury Suite with an extra attached room, was spacious and beautifully appointed with thoughtful amenities. However, it was disappointing to learn that the room was out of commission during our stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were large and spotless, but unfortunately, my room had no view of the ocean and was located about 10 feet below the level of the pool in front of it. The service was friendly and helpful, especially in arranging taxis and excursions, but there was some ongoing construction that affected the overall ambiance. The location offered a safe and easy-to-explore area, although it was under renovation during my stay. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a variety of fresh options, and the facilities were good despite the ongoing renovation work.
The hotel may not be Four Seasons quality, but the private harbor experience with a speed boat and warm greetings at the Four Seasons Nevis Pier make it memorable. The rooms were a bit small and stale, but still lovely and well-appointed.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely incredible. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with nice furniture and charging ports. I especially loved the stunning view of the volcano from the balcony. The service from the staff was beyond friendly and welcoming, making me feel truly at home. The location in Nevis was incomparable, offering a peaceful retreat in the West Indies. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of options to choose from. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
The service was kind, considerate, and well-organized, enhancing the overall experience. The location above the Historic Hamilton Estate is ideal for exploration and enjoying the gorgeous grounds. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of fresh options, although the outdoor cabana restaurant's food quality was mediocre.
